A decade inside IT organizations. Now building for yours.
AIKrits is founder-led. After more than 10 years working in the IT industry, we moved from building inside organizations to building for teams directly, with the same delivery discipline and far less red tape.
Experience
10+ years in the IT industry
Delivery
Around 10 projects delivered end to end
Today
Independent, founder-led studio
Our story
From employee to entrepreneur.
Then
Building inside organizations
Worked within IT teams on real delivery: requirements, development, release, and production support.
Turning point
Seeing what slows teams down
Unclear scope, slow feedback loops, and weak handovers caused more delay than any technical problem.
Now
Building AIKrits
A direct, accountable studio for product engineering, AI workflow automation, and cloud delivery.
For over a decade the work happened inside organizations: gathering requirements from stakeholders, shipping releases under deadlines, supporting systems in production, and handing projects over to the people who run them.
Across around ten projects delivered end to end, the same pattern kept showing up. Projects rarely stalled on technology. They stalled on unclear scope, late feedback, and handovers nobody planned for.
AIKrits is the result of acting on that. We moved from employee to entrepreneur to run delivery the way we always wished it was run: scoped in writing, visible every week, and built so you can own it after launch.
Same project, two ways
What changed when we started our own studio.
Requirements
A direct conversation with the person who will build it, summarised in a written scope.
Feedback
Short cycles with working software, so you can steer every week.
Release
Small, frequent releases with a rollback plan agreed in advance.
Handover
Documentation and knowledge transfer planned from the first week.
The in-house view is a general pattern from our experience, not a criticism of any one organization.
What a decade taught us
Scope is a delivery tool
A written, agreed scope prevents most mid-project surprises. We put it on paper before work starts.
Release early, learn early
Short cycles with working software expose wrong assumptions while they are still cheap to fix.
Production is the real test
Monitoring, rollback plans, and operational handover are part of the build, not an afterthought.
Handover decides the long-term outcome
Documentation and knowledge transfer let your team own the product without depending on us.
Why founder-led
Direct access
You talk to the person doing the engineering, not a layer of account managers.
Enterprise habits, startup pace
Structured delivery practices from years in organizations, without the overhead.
Accountable by design
One accountable owner for scope, quality, and timeline.
Ask the founder
Straight answers to common questions.
Founder's answer
After a decade of delivery inside organizations, the recurring blockers were process, not technology. Running our own studio lets us fix those directly: written scope, weekly visibility, planned handover.
A good fit if
You want a direct line to the person building your product.
You value a written scope and weekly working demos.
You are starting small and want to validate before committing.
You need AI automation or product engineering with production-minded delivery.
Probably not a fit if
You need a large team staffed within days.
You want a fixed price with no scope discussion.
You are looking for the lowest possible quote above all else.
Our Principles
Engineering First
We lead with practical architecture and maintainable code that survives real-world scale.
Outcome Focused
Every sprint is tied to business impact, not just feature delivery.
Transparent Delivery
You get clear timelines, visible priorities, and predictable weekly progress.
How We Work
1Discovery and scope alignment
2Architecture and delivery planning
3Build sprints with weekly releases
4QA hardening and launch readiness
Our commitments and how to verify them
Response
First reply within 1 business day.
Scope
Written scope and estimate before any work begins.
Visibility
Working demos in short cycles.
Step 1
Share your project and ask for a technical walkthrough of how we would build it.
Step 2
Ask for references or examples relevant to your project type.
Step 3
Start with a small, fixed-scope discovery sprint before committing to a larger build.
